  • 1990 – Formed ABS Industrial Construction, Design and Build Company (1996- sold to mgmt team as deemed non core)
  • 1991 – Formed ABS Graphite & Minerals (closed in 2002, after Chinese agency agreements were illegally breached & curtailed by Chinese principals who formed own sales company in Europe)
  • 1994 – Formed subsidiary company ABS South Africa, replicating Core UK AMM Business model, headquartered in Isando, Johannesburg, South Africa.
  • 1996 – Formed subsidiary company Tungsten Alloys Manufacturing Ltd (TAM), via acquisition of business, plant and equipment of Mallory Metallurgical Co., London a producer of Tungsten Heavy Alloys & components (company sold via mgmt buyout in 2006)
  • 1998 - Formed subsidiary Special Metals Supplies UK, forging and rolling high performance metals with particular focus on Hafnium, Molybdenum, Niobium, Tantalum & Zirconium (business unit incorporated into AMM in 2008in response to market evolution and influence of mainly Chinese competition)
  • 1998- Formed subsidiary company Mars Metal SAS, France. Sales /Trading arm of Core UK AMM Business model, based in Northern Paris.
  • 2003 – Formed subsidiary APT Rwanda, mining and processing mineral ores including beryllium, lithium, coltan, tin & tungsten (sold to local partner in 2008 when local partner was discovered to have become involved in mineral smuggling from conflicted adjoining countries)
  • 2006- Formed subsidiary ABS America in USA, replicating Core UK AMM Business model, based in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
 2013 – ABS Group Acquired by ELG Utica Division of Germany’s Haniel Group.
2004 – date
  • – Formed Kerilee Investments (KI) Beckett Family Investment Company.
  • – KI adopted strategy of investment in mining & mineral concessions in developing world, with specific geographic focus on Africa, Amblygonite (Li), Beryl, Coltan (Nb/|Ta) and Wolframite (Tungsten), containing ores
  • - KI invested in & took 75% controlling share in newco Kerilee Mineral Investments Rwanda Ltd (KMIR) to promote mineral investments in African Great Lakes Region
  • - KI contracted prefunding and marketing responsibility contract for & with iTSCi member Britcon, an Anglo /DRC JV based in Punia, DRC.
2016 - KI invested in & took 75% controlling share in newco Kerilee Investments Uganda Ltd, strategy being to cross invest into specific Uganda based Minerals & Agricultural Industry projects
2016 – took 75% shareholding via KI in MMB Metals, Kiel Germany to develop international alloy /metal /mineral trading portfolio. Local managing director and co- shareholder Mr Bjorn Kohlhaas.
  • – Formed Uganda Subsidiary KI3R Minerals Ltd to develop /manage Nyamuliro Wolframite (Tungsten) Mine on behalf of local company leaseholder Krone Uganda Ltd /mortgage holders Tropical Bank Ltd
  • -2018 – KI3R Concluded negotiations with Tropical Bank to acquire 100% interest in Nyamuliro Mine after bank foreclosed on former owners.

  2. Sumitomo Electric of Japan via their USA joint venture partner company Niagara Refining in Buffalo Tungsten Inc, Buffalo, New York State.
  • Invested in Project N, to define, explore & exploit Copper, Beryl etc concessions in, South Western Africa, via subsidiary company Kerilee Investments Pty Ltd.
2016/9 – Invested in Project S, after initial contact and feasibility studies with UK based S national, formed specific minerals company Ltd, headquartered in London. Company holds 10 year contract with S Ministry of Energy & Minerals, with 96 sq kms concession areas, initial geological surveys illustrate sustainable mineral exploitation of various minerals including Beryl, Copper, Lithium /Caesium /Rubidium Tantalum (LCT) pegmatites & Tungsten (Ferberite).
